Refunds
Refunds are Chris Nohall's to give. Your payment went straight to their own account, so there is no third party holding the money and none who could return it. Write to them at the address above, or reply to your receipt.
A bitcoin payment cannot be reversed by anyone. A refund means new coins sent back to an address you give, at whatever the two of you agree — the price in bitcoin on the day of a refund is rarely the price on the day of the sale.
Books here are DRM-free. If a purchase is refunded you keep a working copy of the file: there is no mechanism to take it back, and pretending otherwise would be dishonest.
The 14-day right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU and the UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that right ends once delivery begins, where the buyer asked for it to begin and acknowledged losing it. That is what the box at checkout records, and the moment you ticked it is stored against your order.
Nothing on this page removes a right you have by law. Where this page and a mandatory consumer right disagree, the law wins.
What you get
A DRM-free EPUB, emailed the moment your payment confirms, at a download link that keeps working. Read it in the browser, download it, or send it to a Kindle — no account, no app, no expiry. Some copies carry a watermark recording the purchase they came from; nothing restricts what you may do with a book you paid for.
Prices and tax
The price shown is the price you pay. Where tax applies to your country it is included in that figure rather than added at the end.
